Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages.

Duties

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring all orders are correct and presented beautifully.
• Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests with care.
• Process payments accurately using the cash register, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service industry.

Experience

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on hospitality and customer service.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently in a busy environment.
• Experience in nightclub settings is a plus but not required.
