Waiter/Service Crew

We are looking for a friendly, high-energy individual who loves hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, serve delicious food and drinks, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers politely and guide them to their tables

Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar

Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly

Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-presented at all times

Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction

Handle customer complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor

Process bills and payments accurately

Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards

Assist with opening and closing duties

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service operations

Requirements & Skills:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service attitude

Basic knowledge of food & beverage service

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Good grooming and professional appearance

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Café: 2 years (Required)
