About Us:
Friends House Café is a cozy and retro-themed restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine, including sushi, gyoza, and other Asian dishes. Our restaurant combines a warm atmosphere with board games, shisha, and great music, offering a unique dining experience to our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Present menus, answer questions about the menu items, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring high service standards.
• Monitor and attend to guests' needs during their dining experience.
• Handle billing and payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and workstations.
• Adhere to Friends House Café’s service protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• 12-hours shift with breaks with one flexible Day Off

Qualifications:

• Experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic Arabic-speaking skills are required to communicate with local customers effectively.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages (especially Russian or Asian languages) is a plus.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have a neat appearance and uphold hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of Japanese or Asian cuisine is an advantage.

Pay: BD150.000 - BD250.000 per month
