Waiter/Waitress

A Waiter / Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving items efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and guest areas are tidy at all times
• Check on guests during their visit and respond to requests or concerns
• Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate
• Handle bills and payments accurately (if required)
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
• Work closely with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
