Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:

The Waiter is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Ensure a clean and organized dining area.
• Address guest inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing.
