Waiter/Waitress

A Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, ingredients, and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to service standards
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Prepare tables before service (mise en place) and clear tables after guests leave
• Process bills and handle payments (cash, card, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
• Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
