WAITER/WAITRESS - GRAND CLUB

We are seeking a service-oriented professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take genuine pride in delivering exceptional, personalized guest service.

Role Overview:

You will play a key role in creating a refined and memorable guest experience. You will ensure that every interaction reflects the warmth, attentiveness, and excellence of Hyatt hospitality, consistently exceeding guest expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, personalized and friendly service to all Club Lounge guests
• Present food and beverage offerings with confidence, attention to detail and strong product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lounge environment at all times
• Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests

• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment or VIP guest service is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs

• Flexibility to work split shifts, as the Club Lounge operates throughout the day

• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards

• Adherence to company grooming standards
