Position: Waiter / Waitress
Location: 3 Fils, Jumeirah, Dubai

Role Overview

The Waiter is responsible for delivering attentive, efficient, and friendly service in a high-quality casual dining environment. This role ensures guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience through accurate order-taking, timely service, and knowledge of 3 Fils’ menu and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide clear explanations of dishes, specials, and beverages.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards.
• Check in with guests during service to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests professionally.
• Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Support colleagues and managers to ensure smooth workflow during peak periods.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and grooming standards in line with 3 Fils’ policies.
• Uphold the restaurant’s brand values and provide personalized service that enhances guest experience.

• Prior experience in casual or fine dining preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
