We are looking for a professional, guest-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about menu items and promotions.
- Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese (mandatory).
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
