Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Set up and clean tables, ensuring cleanliness and order in the dining area.
• Process customer payments accurately and issue receipts.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items and provide recommendations when requested.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, polite, and service-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
