Job Purpose:
To provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on menu items, and make recommendations when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system/POS.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are set, clean, and well-presented at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Process bills and handle cash/credit card payments as per company policy.
- Maintain knowledge of promotions, menu changes, and daily specials.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waitress/Server in a restaurant, café, or hotel is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
- Presentable, customer-oriented, and team player.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
