Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Waitress to join our team in a 5-star luxury hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set up.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
