• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness in the service area.
• Process payments and handle cash, credit, or digital transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
