We are currently hiring trustworthy and experienced Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidates must have a background in customer service or hospitality, with good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a waitress or in a customer-facing role.

Must be able to communicate clearly in English and Hindi.

Friendly, well-groomed, and presentable.

Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards customers and team members.

Able to work under pressure during busy hours.

Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems or experience in handling bills is a plus.

Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a polite and timely manner.

Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently.

Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any queries or concerns professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Assist in setting up tables and restocking supplies when needed.
