- Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring guest needs, anticipating requests, and addressing any complaints or concerns.
- Payment Processing: Presenting checks and processing payments accurately.
Dining Room Operations
- Table Maintenance: Setting tables with linens and silverware and cleaning and tidying the dining area.
- Bussing Tables: Removing dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables after guests have finished.
- Restocking: Replenishing supplies at service stations, such as cups and napkins.
