Customer Service & Interaction

  • Greeting and Seating: Welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, and providing menus.
  • Order Taking: Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen.
  • Menu Knowledge: Answering questions about menu items, describing specials, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Serving and Presentation: Delivering food and drinks to tables, ensuring orders are correct and presented well.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring guest needs, anticipating requests, and addressing any complaints or concerns.
  • Payment Processing: Presenting checks and processing payments accurately.

Dining Room Operations

  • Table Maintenance: Setting tables with linens and silverware and cleaning and tidying the dining area.
  • Bussing Tables: Removing dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables after guests have finished.
  • Restocking: Replenishing supplies at service stations, such as cups and napkins.
