WAITRESS

Position Title: Waitress in Arabic Restaurant

Employment Type: Full Time.

Salary: Depending on experience

Experience: 2-3 years minimum in same position

Job Location: M44 , Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

· Greeting customers in a friendly manner.

· Providing detailed information on menus.

· Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill

· Able to perform well in fast-paced environments.

· Take customer orders at the counter.

· Receive payments and present change to customers.

· Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.

· Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.

· Function as the hostess of the restaurant.

· Make reservations for customers.

· Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.

· Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.

· Be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

· Other duties and responsibilities related to the position.

Skills & Job Requirements:

· Must have experience as a waitress cum cashier.

· Positive and friendly attitude.

· Have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role.

· Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system & POS.

· Flexibility to work split shifts.

· Attentiveness and patience to the customers.

· Excellent presentation skills.

· Excellent grooming standards.

· Great time management skills.

· Exceptional listening and good communication skills.

· Well versed in the steps of service.

· Food and safety knowledge and certificate.
