- Prepare and set – up dining areas, including tables, condiments, and service stations.

- Assist in the smooth execution of special events and functions, from set- up to service and post- event clearance.

- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across all departments to deliver smooth and refined dining experience.

- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that meets the hotel’s standards and encourage guests to return.

- Suggest ways to improve service flow and table setups for faster and smoother service.

- Recommend menu item or specials to guests in a helpful and natural manner.

- Look for opportunities to make operations more efficient, such as quicker order delivery.

- Share practical ideas with management to enhance guest satisfaction.

- Continuously learn new service techniques and hotel standards to improve performance.

- Learn the menu items and key ingredients to guide guests confidently.

- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and portioning.

- Pay attention to guest preferences and adapt service when possible.

- Maintain an organized, spotless service area that reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence.

- Take responsibility for your section, ensuring tables are always service- ready.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service within hotels, resorts, or restaurants at least 2 years.

- Strong communication and guest engagement skills to deliver personalized service.

- Knowledge of POS systems, table service, and standard F&B procedures.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain professionalism during busy periods.

- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and specials events.
