Waitress

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Waitress to join our restaurant team in Deira. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations.
• Handle customer requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Present bills and process payments when required.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with UAE hospitality experience.

Pay: AED2,250.00 - AED2,500.00 per hour
