We’re Hiring: Waitress

Do you have a passion for great coffee, hospitality, and excellent customer service? We are looking for a friendly and energetic Waitress to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages efficiently
• Ensure excellent table service and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
• Handle customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations
• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Work closely with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:
✅ Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role (F&B preferred)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Team player with attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience in coffee shop or specialty café environment
