Waitress

The Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized dining experiences to guests while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality and French fine-dining service. The role requires excellent menu knowledge, professional presentation, attention to detail, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and escort guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
• Present menus, explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials confidently.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to fine-dining service standards.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items, desserts, and beverages.
• Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
• Follow restaurant policies, food safety regulations, and service procedures.
• Support opening, closing, and inventory-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress in a fine-dining restaurant, luxury café or premium restaurants.
• Knowledge of French cuisine, pastries, desserts, and beverage service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; French or Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,200.00 per month
