Waitress cum Bowling Attendant

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Waitress cum Bowling Attendant to join our team. This role combines excellent customer service with the excitement of a bowling facility. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages while ensuring guests have an enjoyable and seamless bowling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and clean tables, ensuring a neat and inviting dining area.
• Assist in operating the bowling lanes, setting up games, and ensuring proper lane conditions.
• Explain bowling rules, handle scorekeeping, and troubleshoot minor lane issues.
• Ensure all safety and hygiene regulations are met.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in bowling center is a plus not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of bowling operations (training will be provided).
• Positive attitude and a team player.
