FEMALE BARTENDER

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming bar experience. She must maintain cleanliness, follow recipes and standards, and deliver high-quality service in line with the restaurant’s hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests at the bar with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Prepare and serve beverages (cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, soft drinks, etc.) according to recipes and standards.
• Take beverage orders directly from guests or servers and ensure timely service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at all times.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of beverages and garnishes.
• Check guests’ identification to verify legal drinking age when necessary.
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely and professionally, escalating to the supervisor if required.
• Upsell beverages and recommend drink pairings to enhance guest experience.
• Operate POS system, process payments (cash, card, etc.), and issue receipts accurately.
• Comply with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Assist in monthly inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work closely with servers and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wines, and beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Bartender certification or mixology training is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,600.00 per month
