Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Craft a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe standards
• Provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable service
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Stay up-to-date with menu offerings, promotions, and specials
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service

Qualifications:

• Proven bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the UAE
• TIPS or equivalent alcohol certification is a plus
