Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to establish and implement structured project management processes and reporting. The role requires a strong, hands-on leader who can design, introduce and enforce project controls, governance and accountability. The role will work closely with the cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Commercial, Operations and Finance and be jointly responsible for ensuring projects delivery on time, within scope and within budget while improving operational efficiency

on preferred.Strong understanding of engineering concepts and BoM/Budget

ment metrics.Well-spoken, with fluency in both English, Arabic is al
