Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages. As a barista, you’ll be responsible for delivering a great coffee experience to every guest, ensuring product quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) according to company standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, including equipment and service areas.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; restock supplies as needed.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash or card transactions.
• Follow health and safety regulations related to food preparation and hygiene.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-4 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment (espresso machine, grinders, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in latte art and specialty coffee.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Previous work experience in the UAE or GCC region.
