Waitress staff/Hostess

  • Assist customers with seating arrangements and table allocation.
  • Present menus and explain café offerings when needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with barista and service staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and seating area.
  • Manage reservations, waiting lists, and customer flow.
  • Support in promoting café products, food items, and wellness services.
  • Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or customer service staff is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
  • Ability to handle customers politely and efficiently.
  • Basic English communication skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
