- Assist customers with seating arrangements and table allocation.

- Coordinate with barista and service staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and seating area.
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and customer flow.
- Support in promoting café products, food items, and wellness services.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or customer service staff is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle customers politely and efficiently.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
