Waitress/Cashier

Position Overview

The waitress at kiosks is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests visiting the kiosk. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all customers in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, outdoor, or event-based environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse, multicultural customer base.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment handling.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
