Job Description:

BM Events is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Waitress to join our team in Qatar. As a Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service at events such as corporate gatherings, weddings, and festivals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist with setting up event areas and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
• Ensure guests have a positive experience, offering assistance where needed.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth operations during events.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or event staffing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as per event schedules.
