• Can understand customer needs and handle requests smoothly

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers professionally
• Take orders correctly using POS system
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service area
• Handle customer inquiries politely
• Coordinate with baristas and kitchen team
• Ensure customers enjoy a luxury café experience

Preferred:

• Experience in specialty coffee cafés
• English speaking (Arabic is a plus)
