Waitress/Service Crew

Position Summary:

The Waitress plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience in a fine dining restaurant setting. She is responsible for providing warm hospitality, professional table service, and in-depth knowledge of different cuisine and beverages. The Waitress ensures that every guest enjoys personalized, attentive service in line with the restaurant’s high standards and brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve dishes and beverages efficiently while ensuring correct presentation and portioning.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and handle requests or concerns promptly.
• Prepare tables before service and ensure cleanliness and proper setup throughout operations.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and ingredient information.
• Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards as per restaurant guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress in a fine dining or high-end fine dining restaurant (UAE experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Customer-focused, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
