Position: Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, or specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report concerns to supervisor
• Prepare and arrange tables before service
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
• Process bills and handle cash/POS transactions
• Follow hygiene and safety standards

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with positive attitude
