Join our vibrant team as a Waitstaff member and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! We are hiring for opening shift which is 8:30 a.m. till 3 p.m. Tuesdays threw Saturday you will be off on Mondays and Sundays and one other day out of the week. In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests, whether they’re enjoying a casual meal or celebrating a special occasion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a lively environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for food and service.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Culinary experience or understanding of food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety standards
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Proven ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences through exceptional customer service
• Experience with serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, and managing guest relations in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
