Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures in all dining and service areas to uphold food safety standards
• Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and clearing dishes to keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly
• Handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism, aiming for complete satisfaction
• Make Drinks
• Run Food
• Follow all food safety management protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant settings or similar customer service roles preferred
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating welcoming atmospheres
• Basic understanding of food safety management principles to uphold health standards
