Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the restaurant
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Assist guests with seating, menu selections, and answering questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate orders from guests, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
• Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns or special requests with professionalism and care
• Handle phone inquiries courteously, providing information about the restaurant’s offerings and reservation policies
• Support the serving team by ensuring smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction throughout their visit

Skills

• Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service environments, with strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing
• Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred; hotel or hospitality background is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of guest services principles, including phone etiquette and guest relations best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills to create welcoming atmospheres and foster positive guest experiences

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
