Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering friendly assistance and seating them promptly
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen while maintaining excellent communication with team members
• Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, addressing guest needs and inquiries with professionalism
• Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive guest relations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host/hostess stations and dining areas
• Assist with basic food service tasks when needed, including serving food and beverages with hospitality and care

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated teamwork skills, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality

Pay: $21.65 - $26.08 per hour
