Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Manage food and beverage delivery from kitchen to table efficiently while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations
• Use reservation management platforms like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow
• Foster guest relations by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods or special events such as nightlife or fine dining service

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs will be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations
• Serving or host/hostess experience that emphasizes guest relations and customer service excellence
• Culinary experience or background in food preparation can enhance your ability to support kitchen operations

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
