Position: Business Development Executive (Female)

Experience: 0–3 Years (MBA Freshers welcome!)

Industry: Civil & Construction

Education: Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication & networking skills
• Computer proficiency
• Passion for client relationship management
• Knowledge of Civil & Construction sector (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients
• Support the BD team in achieving revenue targets
• Conduct market research and attend meetings to promote company services
