Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, explain our trading services, and help generate leads or convert prospects into loyal customers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Clearly explain our trading products and services
• Record customer information and feedback in the CRM
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into clients

Requirements

• 0–6 months of experience in telecalling or customer interaction (freshers welcome)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam & Arabic
• Basic knowledge or interest in trading/stock markets (preferred)
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections politely
• Positive, goal-driven attitude
