We are conducting walk-in interviews for multiple Civil & Construction positions at our GCC Site Office, Dubai
Civil / Construction Roles

Project Manager – Civil

· Role: Manage and oversee civil construction projects from planning to execution.

· Responsibilities: Lead site operations, coordinate teams, ensure project quality and timelines, manage resources.

· Desired Candidate: Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years GCC construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills.

Project Engineer – Civil

· Role: Assist in planning, design, and execution of civil projects.

· Responsibilities: Monitor progress, coordinate with teams, manage documentation, ensure quality standards.

· Desired Candidate: B.E./B.Tech Civil, 3–7 years GCC experience, knowledge of site operations and drawings.

Site Engineer – Civil

· Role: Supervise daily site activities and ensure quality and safety standards.

· Responsibilities: Monitor work progress, prepare reports, coordinate with contractors.

· Desired Candidate: B.E./B.Tech Civil, 2–5 years site experience, good communication skills.

Foreman / Chargehand – Civil Trades (Masonry, Finishing, Carpentry, Steel, Tiles, Scaffolding)

· Role: Supervise site teams and ensure quality work execution.

· Responsibilities: Assign tasks, monitor progress, maintain safety and quality standards.

· Desired Candidate: 5+ years GCC site experience, trade-specific skills, team management experience.

Quantity Surveyor-Post Contract

Support post-contract activities and ensure accurate project documentation in line with UAE construction and contracting practices.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize all contract, cost, and project records.
• Track approvals, variations, and payment certificates (IPC).
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely documentation flow.

Support & Admin Roles:

· Logistic Foreman

· Rebar Foreman

Location: GCC Site Office, Mudon, Hessa Street, Opposite to Jebel Ali School, Dubai

Interview Schedule:

· Dates: 22 or 29 NOV 2025 – Saturday

· Time: 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM
