Job Description

Fintrek Marketing is conducting Walk-in Interviews in Abu Dhabi for ambitious and target-driven Sales Executives – Personal Loan. If you have experience in retail banking or personal loan sales, this is your chance to build a rewarding career in the UAE financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell personal loan products to potential customers
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of retail banking experience in personal loan sales (UAE or home country preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong background in customer relationship management
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated
• Must be currently available in UAE
• Candidate must attend the interview in formal attire
