Sales Executive - UAE National

Job summary:

Assists in leading the setup of the business (e.g., group, transient, association, corporate, etc.) and assists in the implementation of the sales strategy and achieving revenue goals and guest satisfaction. Conducts all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal booking goals, self-motivated, customer-focused, target-driven, innovative, and can develop and drive new accounts and business. Must have previous experience in a travel agency and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Business Development Strategy:

· Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments for business growth.

· Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

Generate New Business:

· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the inbound and outbound travel segments, both domestically and internationally.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation and nurturing techniques.

· Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to secure new business partnerships and contracts.

Key Account Management:

· Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts and strategic partners in both inbound and outbound travel segments.

· Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing personalized services and addressing client needs promptly.

· Collaborate with the account management team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:

· Identify potential strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel-related businesses for both inbound and outbound travel.

· Develop and negotiate partnerships and alliances to expand the agency's service offerings and market reach.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement partnership initiatives effectively.

Experience:

  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
