Role: Accounts Executive

We are looking for a motivated fresher/junior-level Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in accounting while working with an international brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling petty cash and maintaining basic records
• Support vendor invoice processing & vendor payment preparation
• Enter bookkeeping data in Tally ERP
• Assist in Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
• Support in preparation of GST & TDS working/returns
• Help in MIS reporting & documentation
• Ensure accounting entries are accurate and timely

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fresher to 2 years of experience in Accounts/Finance
• Strong English communication (most important) – written & verbal
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with Tally ERP preferred (training can be provided)
• Knowledge of GST/TDS will be an added advantage
• Good in MS Excel basics
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
