Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Walmart Marketplace Executive to manage our Walmart seller accounts, including WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Walmart Seller Center, reinstatement services, inventory coordination, product optimization, and maintaining account health.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Research & Listing Optimization

• Identify high-potential, profitable products for Walmart Marketplace.
• Create and optimize listings with strong titles, descriptions, and SEO-rich content.
• Ensure all listings comply with Walmart’s content guidelines and category-specific policies.

2. Inventory & Pricing Management

• Manage inventory levels across WFS, dropshipping, and internal warehouses.
• Use repricing tools or manual strategies to remain competitive while protecting margins.
• Coordinate inventory shipments to Walmart fulfillment centers and ensure stock accuracy.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Process orders efficiently through WFS, dropshipping, or in-house fulfillment workflows.
• Manage shipping updates, returns, and reconciliation across channels.
• Resolve delivery issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.

4. Account Health & Customer Service

• Monitor performance metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, valid tracking rate).
• Respond to customer inquiries, disputes, returns, and complaints.
• Prepare and submit appeals for suspended listings or accounts.
• Maintain strong communication with Walmart Partner Support to resolve issues.

5. Reporting & Strategy

• Analyze sales data, forecast inventory, and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain sales reports, profitability trackers, and restocking plans using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Provide weekly performance summaries and suggest improvements to maximize sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts, including WFS.
• Solid understanding of Walmart Seller Center tools, policies, and performance metrics.
• Experience with reinstatement processes and handling policy violations.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Location: Karachi (Preference candidates near DHA Phase 8)
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Flexible)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
