The Role

We aren't just looking for a "babysitter"- we are looking for a dedicated partner in childcare. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to become an integral part of a family's daily rhythm.

Duties include everything from infant care to school drop-offs and pick-ups, homework help, dinner prep, and bedtime routines.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least three years of professional childcare experience with a proven track record and three stellar references.- Reliability: Consistent weekday availability.

- Longevity: A minimum one-year commitment is required.

- Professionalism: Proactive, communicative, and passionate about child development.- Vetting: Candidates must complete an application and pass a background check, fingerprinting (State of CA), and driving record review. Current CPR certification is required.

Requirements:

• Significant, verifiable childcare experience (Three references required).
• A "can-do" attitude for everything from newborn care to, school pick-ups, to homework help and more.
• Reliability that is second to none.
• Clean driving record, with experience driving for families.
• Clear background check and fingerprints (can be obtained during hiring process).
