Wanted ELV Project Engineer

Job Summary:

The ELV Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system projects within approved budgets and timelines. The role ensures proper coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality ELV solutions in compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of ELV projects from initiation to handover.
  • Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors for approvals and site activities.
  • Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Control project costs, variations, and claims.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, progress reports, and invoices.
  • Attend project meetings and represent the company professionally.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers performance.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards.

ELV Systems Experience Required:

  • CCTV Systems
  • Access Control Systems
  • Structured Cabling
  • Public Address (PA) Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • IPTV & SMATV Systems
  • Intercom Systems
  • Gate Barrier & Parking Systems
  • BMS Integration (preferred)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering.
  • With UPDA Prefered
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ELV project management.
  • Strong knowledge of ELV system design and implementation.
  • Experience in handling commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of local authority regulations (preferred).
