Executive - Sales Freight Forwarding

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue growth opportunities, by securing new customers, and maintaining and d eveloping existing accounts.
  • Regularly visit new and existing accounts, understand their requirements and present solutions.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with key decision makers from target customers.
  • Deliver agreed revenue & sales targets and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; achieve monthly KPI’s
  • Conduct and report a minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.
  • Promote the services and products of all entities and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.
  • Identify potential customers and register opportunities in Orient; relentlessly pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
  • Manage Customer services through quality checks and other follow-ups. Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
  • Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensures accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers
  • Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
  • Follow up with clients for the outstanding payments and bills, supported by the Finance Controller.
  • Prepare sales plans and reports
  • Conduct customer presentations and details sales/project proposals
  • Ensure all customer visits, opportunities and any other customer information are updated with the requirements and expectations
  • Maintaining records in Aero freight ERP for all the transactions and interactions made with customers, and for Sales meetings, sales visits and follow ups.
  • Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.
  • Understand competitor strategies, capabilities and pricing to better position Aero Freight advantageously.
  • Representing company in Trade Exhibitions
  • Related to Digital Marketing - Marketing our products and services using whatsapp tool and Power automate tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
