Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our organization's HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage various HR programs effectively.
Duties
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts and providing guidance on performance management.
- Implement strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management and organization design.
- Conduct employee evaluations and support training & development efforts to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop succession planning strategies and talent management initiatives.
- Facilitate program management for various HR functions, including conflict management and change management.
- Utilize data analysis skills for data collection and reporting to improve HR processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated experience in conflict resolution.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing performance evaluation processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement process improvements effectively.
- Proficient in strategic planning, budgeting, and program management within an HR context.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction at all levels of the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
