Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Utilize learning technology to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
• Conduct standardized testing and assess student performance regularly.
• Provide tutoring and academic advising to support individual student needs.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Mentor students through academic challenges and encourage scientific research initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and instructional design.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents or guardians.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field; higher education teaching experience preferred.
• Experience working with students in various settings including private schools or special education environments is advantageous.
• Proven classroom experience with effective lesson planning and classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and educational administration is a plus.
• Ability to conduct laboratory experiences related to scientific subjects is desirable.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
