Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various mathematical disciplines, including Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, and Trigonometry, and will be committed to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves developing engaging lesson plans, utilizing learning technology, and implementing effective classroom management strategies to enhance student understanding and performance in mathematics.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Teach a range of mathematical subjects including Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Trigonometry, and Discrete Math.
• Utilize learning technologies to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
• Assess student performance through standardized testing and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Provide tutoring and mentoring support to students who require additional assistance.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and instructional design initiatives.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Education with a focus on Mathematics; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Proven experience working with students in an educational setting; classroom experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts including Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Trigonometry, Differential Equations, and Discrete Math.
• Familiarity with curriculum development processes and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
• Experience in special education or Montessori teaching methods is a plus.
• Ability to conduct scientific research related to mathematics education is advantageous.
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
