WANTED STAFF NURSE

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during cardiac and thoracic surgeries.
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments and equipment in the OT.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and assist in post-operative recovery and stabilization in the ICU.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including vital charts and progress notes.
• Ensure infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Manage and handle emergency situations promptly and effectively.
• Participate in staff training and continuous professional development programs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate compassionate care at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
• Registration: Registered with State Nursing Council.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Cardiac Thoracic OT / Cardiac ICU.
• Additional Skills:
• Knowledge of cardiac monitoring equipment and ventilators.
• Strong understanding of cardiac surgical procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle critical situations with composure.
